Lime Pictures also encourages interest and development in media in the North West by providing a structured work placement programme and hosting  careers events on the Lime Pictures site.

Key partners include Liverpool John Moores University, International Centre for Digital Content, Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication and local primary and secondary schools.
